It is unorganized - the administrator on call did not call me back but rather found my call a few days later and "figured if I hadn't called her... everthing must have been ok." The doctors over-medicate - My child's med doses were increased, and one was doubled with NO explanation. The nurses didn't know the reason, the doctor had not noted it in the chart - and after my calling no less than 5 times - I got a call 7 days after the notice he wanted to increase her meds.
