I have used this company once at a previous job, a co worker ordered for me. It was so delicious! However I just called today to place an order and was advised that they don't deliver downtown. Which this is completely fine and I understand however the woman I spoke with (I believe her name was robin?) was very rude and all she said to me was "umm we don't deliver downtown, I don't know what would make you think that we would do that".
