took my car there yesterday and paid for hand wax. they waxed my dirty car. worst car wash EVER. NO time to go back. I live in Sacramento. They took me for 60 dollars.

Today May 14, 2018, I went to go get my car wash and oil change. I have been going to this car wash for 20 years, with multiple cars, they have serviced our cars oil change and car washes for a long time. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in them. The last few times I have waited over an hour to get an oil change and a car wash and most of the time I am not in a hurry and let it slide, but today I had, 1 1/2 hours to spare, plenty of time to get that done. Today was my first going there. I needed my car washed and an a serious deep cleaning detail on the inside. I was a little nervous because details cost a lot of money and my car was in desperate need of it. It was covered from top to bottom in German Shepard hair and had bad spills all over the back seat from my 6 year old. Due to several cars being ahead of me, it was about a 3 hour wait estimated. I reviewed Sun Dance Car wash here in Woodland last wk and commented on how how crappy their service was. I cancelled my monthly membership and had swore I would never go back... Well, since I was on their monthly unlimited plan and they required a month notice, today my car was filthy so I figured I would give them another chance at least to take advantage of the month that I had paid for anyway.
