Arrogant - Poor Customer Service – Find a professional! Had issues with poor workmanship on an alarm installation that were never resolved. Ordered and paid for replacement parts that after 8 weeks never arrived (come to find out claude the owner never ordered parts and lied to me week after week.) When I asked for a refund he called me a peon and said he didn?t need peon business. I ordered the same parts online received them in 4 days at half the price.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-- RUDE!!!!!! – Save yourself the headache. Had issue regarding VERY poor workmanship., it could have been fixed- instead, I was treated as though Claude was doing ME a favor after he did very poor work. Eventually he threatened me and told me to NEVER come back. I dont understand how he's still in business. A friend of mine went there earlier and was treated rudely as well. AVOID Claude AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Poor workmanship and plan on lies as to when your car will be ready!!!! He has violent tendancies!!!
great service – i bought a stereo from sundance almost two years ago and it had gone bad. claude told me that it was out of warranty and said he will do what he could to help me. he got me an extended warranty for free and was able to get me a new stereo free of charge. im on a tight budget and its nice to know that there are people out there that care about other and have great customer service!
