Lived here since I was 13 years old in 2009. Never had an issue till recently with this newer HOA president. This has to been one of the worst HOAs out here. No shot this is standard.

Poor maintenance on every aspect. Worst management I have ever had. Swimming pool closed for years, and no signs of repair. Manager did not respond to calls or emails.

For a place that claims to have an association, they do bare minimum upkeeps. Whole place is infested with rats, and raccoons. You could even hear them running around in the roofs at night time. There’s mold on the walls and windows of the units even from outside. Lived here for over a year and the pool has never worked and it’s filled with green moldy water that attracts bugs and mosquitos, just plain disgusting.
