I have now lived here for almost 7 years and any time that I have had an issue it has been taken care of within less than 24 hours (no other complex has been that quick). They know me by first name and even my dogs names! Kudos to the Sundance management team and their staff and thank you for going above and beyond!

The application process was easy, the staff is friendly, and the complex is beautiful…I’ve only been here for 2 weeks and already made a new friend I’m not going anywhere for a while
I have been living at Sundance apartments since 2021 and if I wasn't moving out of Florida soon, I'd still be living here. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are a single girly like me and safety is a top priority for you. I haven't had any issues with any of the office staff, Yazmina is great at communicating with the residents. It's gated, clean and safe! Honestly one of the best complexes I've lived in.
