Lived here for over a year. Good neighbors, excellent insulation in the walls (which helps having good neighbors!), solid climate control inside the apartments. I appreciate each apartment having an underground parking slot, especially when the blizzards hit -30 F.
Nice size apartment and very queit. Love my view from my apartment. I feel very safe and secure in my apartment and think its setup really well for the community. Also, very nice amenities that are in the same building. Update: I have been here for a year now. Joe the community manager is really good at keeping us informed of things going on with the property. I am happy to call Sundance my home.
While the complex is great place to stay (3yrs)- the manager Joe isn't ever there and doesn't return phone calls- I left earlier than when my lease was up by a few days- 5/28 lease was up on 6/4 - I've got an outstanding bill for $75 and do not have access to the online portal any longer and can't get a return call to take care of this matter- He is NEVER in the office- also- mail/packages are left outside of the building by the door - rain/snow/heat doesn't matter they aren't brought inside- if you have an onsite property m... read more
It’s bittersweet leaving this complex. I’m excited for a new house but if I had to stay in an apartment I would come back here. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Staff: The staff is very friendly and helpful! Anything I needed, they always found a way to help me. Here’s one example. When we first moved here we brought our nice grill with us because we didn’t want to sell it. However, propane grills aren’t allowed (understandable due to fire hazard) so we stored it without the tank in our spare bedroom. When my pare... read more
Outstanding apartment complex. Great underground parking, common area and workout facilities. Pool area with grills are a plus! Our area of the building was very very quiet for apartment living. Staff is top notch!!
