I'm not one to rant on bad experiences, however, i feel this may help provide helpful information to others. This apartment complex was my first and only worst experience ever! Staff was very rude to my roommates and myself, You can never get a hold of anyone face-to-face, no one is in the office when you need to talk in person, It always seems easiest to contact them via email and when you try to call, they never call you back. We lived in this apartment complex for two years. We just moved out this past month. We had a wonderful experience with Sundance at Baxter Meadows. The office managers and administrators are kind, collaborative, and helpful. Maintenance has also been great to work with. They maintain their property and amenities very well. I can’t say enough great things about them, honestly. Would have stayed much longer if we weren’t fortunate enough to be able to purchase a home.

We moved to Bozeman for a job opportunity and needed to rent a place sight unseen - the leasing office (especially Eva) was incredibly helpful in facilitating the process for us, taking measurements of the rooms and answering my many questions quickly and kindly. Lived there 2 years...home. Same with all leasing.. they figure out a way to not give your full deposit back. I cleaned but we still had to pay a pro cleaner per office rule at $150.. it was beautiful n spotless had one mark on the wall from our kennel maybe a $5 fix.. they kept $450 of my deposit

Great place to live and you can't beat the staff here. Between Ken in maintenance and Eva at the front office, you really couldn't find more helpful and friendly folks. Apartments are clean and spacious and everything is fairly new and in great condition. Good for pets as well with the dog park so close and sidewalks throughout neighborhood and surrounding areas. On top of that there are additional play areas for young kids in and near the apartment complex.
