I love Sundance! Great place! Great neighbors. Price is a little high. But well worth it. The pool is kept clean. Maintenance is awesome and friendly and fix what needs to be fixed. The office staff is super friendly! 10/10 recommend Sundance Apartments!
I chose this place mainly for its location, which is very convenient. However, my experience as a first-year resident here has been frustrating at times. I had multiple issues with the dishwasher—they had to replace it several times, and each time I was left waiting for weeks without a working one. Additionally, there seems to be an ongoing problem with the water. Every now and then, I get into the shower and there is no hot water, which is very inconvenient. Would not recommend living here at all. They blamed me for bed bugs getting into the apartment when I know for a fact i didn’t cause them. Then they tried to make me pay for a treatment that didn’t even get rid of them.
