Don’t move here at all! My apartment has flooded twice because of their faulty pipes. The first time, it was because the upstairs neighbors’ toilet was broken, and it took them over 25 minutes to turn off the water while it was gushing out of my lights in my bathroom, closet, and kitchen, leaving water damage spots everywhere. The second time, it was the main sewage line that backed up, and there was human feces on my floor, toilet paper scattered everywhere, and water flowing. Overall, this is a nice place for living, but there is a history of apartments and cars being broken into/stolen. My partner's vehicle was stolen, and the complex refuses to put up cameras/or get extra security.
Would have loved to live here! Had to go a different direction for personal reasons. Marilyn and Shannon were both a pleasure to work with every time!

I’m so happy to be back at Sundance. Love my studio apt. Better priced than other apts in the area. Office and maintenance staff are the best in town. I would recommend Sundance apts to anyone looking for a good quiet neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. Yes. There’s a year round heated indoor pool. New mailboxes and laundry room.
