Overall, this is a nice place for living, but there is a history of apartments and cars being broken into/stolen. My partner's vehicle was stolen, and the complex refuses to put up cameras/or get extra security.
Would have loved to live here! Had to go a different direction for personal reasons. Marilyn and Shannon were both a pleasure to work with every time!

I’m so happy to be back at Sundance. Love my studio apt. Better priced than other apts in the area. Office and maintenance staff are the best in town. I would recommend Sundance apts to anyone looking for a good quiet neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. Yes. There’s a year round heated indoor pool. New mailboxes and laundry room.
Very great move in and love all the amenities here in Wichita.
