We are an apartment complex located on the border of Lakewood and Tacoma. We have free Wi-Fi in our cabana and recreation area and are pre-wired in all of our apartments for XFINITY high speed internet through Comcast. We also have a gym and wet/dry sauna in our office area; as well as, walkways through a beautiful park-like setting throughout the complex. They have a mice and rat problem. People's patios are messy, and cars are being stolen or broken into. They have only one garbage compacter for the whole apartment complex. . The grounds are somewhat. They do have a little park that is hidden away in the back. Nice open spaces to play Frisbee or throw a ball around. People are up till all hours of the night coming and going. Sitting in there cars with the music playing loudly and other people stealing things off of other people's patios. Sundance apartments has been my 1st place of my own since 2019. It has been ups and downs since I am a disabled veteran and am fairly quiet and don't socialize with my neighbors. Just last December, my family visited me and parked on my spot and their car was vandalized and prior to that; someone else parked in my spot and so on and forth. So far, numerous of my mail and packages have been stolen and missing since I either am away from home or didn't hear the door and porch thieves just appears. Its decently quiet when cars aren't peeling out across street. Kids ride bikes between cars and block traffic. Mailboxes get broken into and its very difficult to get ahold of staff let alone them return calls.
