I’m happy with my unit but the neighbor next door plays his music SO loud at all hours. I’ve tried to complain but nothing happens. Also not happy that the rent goes up $100 every year but nothing is being done to improve anything. I love living here, I would just like some quiet

One of the better property management company's out there, quality apartments, expensive just like everything ealse
We lived in these townhomes 3 years. The majority of our time was happy and easy. When the business was bought by a new management company earlier this year, things didn’t change immediately. We had a good manager who WAS a HUMAN and cared for HUMANS. When this wonderful manager moved states, everything went to HELL in this place, including the new management’s treatment of residents.
