Luxury apartments 10/10 recommend, amazing and friendly staff
Emerald park is a great place to live with great amenties! And on the weekends they do events by the pool which are fun for adults and kids, todays was so much fun with competitions, prizes and a DJ added to the mix. Really enjoy living here and appreciate the effort to bring the community together through weekend events!
Emerald Park has new management. In the last 3 months it has changed tremendously beautiful kept up Scott and Michelle have done a wonderful excellent job Y'all haven't met them yet go into the office they are great people My fav Great team The property looks a hundred times better than it ever has thank you
They apply automatic renters insurance on your bill you cannot opt out of even if you have your own insurance, and also apply some credit building service for a monthly fee (per lease holder) which is a pain to opt out of. Internet service is provided by a third party and they will not perform any service without an added fee, my apartment ethernet cabling was unfinished to begin with.
