Not impressed, the first nurse ordered the wrong syringe, another nurse came and ordered we hope the right ones. The nutritionists called and made an appointment to call and talk to the patient, she never called. My husband called the office and left a message for her to call, she still hasn’t called. They really don’t have it together, if we don’t hear from the nutritionist soon, we will change companies. We will also tell our doctors office who referred them. Thank you, Sara

Our family has has the opportunity to have SunCrest Omni for both my Mother and Father several times over the last 3-4 years. Each member of the team I have dealt with has been wonderful. Brett Burns has been invaluable in getting the ball rolling so services begin as soon as they are needed. Often on very short notice as hospital discharge tends to be. From occupational and physical therapy to nursing woundcare these professionals are just what my parents need. I like that the same folks have worked here for years. PT Simon, Nurse Lisa and several others have helped my fall risk 90 year olds maneuver and maintain. The office staff are great too. Sharing the nurse notes and updates so I know how and what my folks are doing without bothering them with questions. I highly recommend Suncrest Omni in Lynn Haven.

Thank you Suncrest for what all they have done for me. I've had covid was in hospital for 5 months, was in coma, on vent and had a trach couldn't walk after coming home,With the help of OT and PT and nurses I'm able to return to work again. Thanks again
