I’ve volunteered for Suncrest Hospice the past few years for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and I can only say good things about the Suncrest team. The team is very helpful and polite. Moreover, Suncrest Hospice is fantastic team to volunteer for and it’s a great cause to volunteer for too.
Suncrest Hospice has always delivered compassionate and professional service. From beginning of care to the transition of life, they keep the staff and families informed. Suncrest offers a CNA five days a week, which is a big plus when considering hospice, and a dedicated nurse twice a week. Anytime we reach out to them for emergencies, they send a nurse right away. I have nothing but good things to say about Suncrest Hospice. I am a Social Worker and have worked with them for many years. My families are very happy with this extra layer of care provided. Most people do not realize you can receive hospice services while in a skilled nursing facility. Hospice is a Medicare benefit your loved one pays into their entire life.
