My experience working at Suncrest has been absolutely horrible it is a hostile work environment they have no care for they aides they don’t pay the aides holiday pay or time and a half for no holiday which is absolutely disgusting if you want to be off on a holiday such as Christmas or thanksgiving or any holiday you have to use one of your pto days request it & hope they approve it which you may need later on sick or etc ..they blind side you this is not something I learned coming on board I found this out as I started work... read more

Working at Suncrest has been a delight! I am one of the administrative volunteers on the team and mainly focus on assisting others in and out of the office. The support I’ve received in the few months I’ve volunteered here truly makes the experience and being able to work with others is a joy. Everyone who works at Suncrest has great energy and really care about the work they want to accomplish. They strive to make a difference in the community and support one another. I volunteer by making fidget blankets for the patients, using various buttons, zippers, and other materials to create a sensory activity. Being able to hear that the blankets are being put to good use and enjoyed by the patients makes me so happy!
