I can't thank the entire Suncrest Hospice Team enough for the care and support they gave to my Mom, from the daily nurse visits and aide who helped take care of her during her past few weeks. I was always called to let me know daily how my Mom was doing on any given day. This organization has no regard for the family or patient needs/ wishes. From the first meeting to the rude intake nurse who had no compassion for a hard family decision to a lack of communication to no respect for the patient and their wishes. It's about their schedule and their ability to bill. My Dad already had oxygen and a hospital bed and they changed out to their lower quality equipment. The jones family we are very satisfied with Suncrest Hospice service when my dad admitted to their service everything was very explained and thorough with their service, they send aids out five days a week including nurses for my dad. they were very transparent on his conditions they were very hands on when my dad started transitioning towards the end of life even after I can't thank them enough.
