The only thing they were good about was delivering supplies. Other than that, they must dig to the bottom of the barrel when they do their hiring. Nurses and Aides were absolutely horrible. They absolutely do not care about anything other than administering a concoction of what I call death drugs. Didn't give any condolences of the passing of my mom until a month and a half later. How's that for caring?
Suncrest has been very responsive and helps us provide amazing care to our residents!
Overall I would not recommend this company. The first RN case manager (Donna) we had was unsympathetic, barely stayed for more than 5-10 minutes each visit with my mom and was pretty inexperienced. She wasn't even willing to check my moms blood pressure! She asked the aide to do it instead one day. She acted like there was no point in even checking her vitals since she was dying anyway. Wonderful staff!
Suncrest staff was absolutely amazing. They provided my mom with so much love and care throughout and after her passing. I am so grateful for my mom’s Nurse Practitioner Linda, Nursing Aide Teneshia and Beautiful Friend Wendy. Every relationship with these three Angels was astonishing. I thank you all for your personal and professional contributions that enhanced my mom’s health, happiness and security.
