This company has no business dealing with Hospice patients. There care my son-in-law received was terrible at best. While some of the clinicians were pleasant and trying to help, the administrator and the on-call phone greeters were more the rude. The administrator should be ashamed that she is running such an organization If you have a family member needing hospice care, save yourself some grief and choose Suncrest.

The only thing they were good about was delivering supplies. Other than that, they must dig to the bottom of the barrel when they do their hiring. Nurses and Aides were absolutely horrible. They absolutely do not care about anything other than administering a concoction of what I call death drugs. Didn't give any condolences of the passing of my mom until a month and a half later. How's that for caring?
