Caring and compassionate staff. Their on-call team do a tremendous job after hours and on the weekends. CNAs visit patients 5 days a week.

Regarding the care given my husband. The nurses and the social worker were great. The CNA talked a lot about herself and her troubles as my husband lay dying. A substitute CNA told my daughter and I to “have a good one” as she left us … again we were sitting vigil by his bed with just days left. Nurses great and social worker great! CNAs could use sensitivity training. He died a month and a half ago and we have never heard a word since then.
We had a very positive experience with Suncrest Hospice for my mom. She started with Suncrest in February 2025 and passed away in July 2025. The CNA, Bobbie, she was assigned to was with her the entire time and was such a great resource for me as her full time caretaker. She always answered all my questions, with compassion and she was typically spot on with changes she was seeing in my mom. My mom's nurse, Marcia, was also so great with her. We enjoyed working with Nora and highly recommend her! Trying to care for a parent in hospice when you live out of state is challenging, but Nora gave us updates at least weekly and is proactive and collaborative on adjusting care plans as needed. We will miss working with her.
