We had a very positive experience with Suncrest Hospice for my mom. She started with Suncrest in February 2025 and passed away in July 2025. The CNA, Bobbie, she was assigned to was with her the entire time and was such a great resource for me as her full time caretaker. She always answered all my questions, with compassion and she was typically spot on with changes she was seeing in my mom. My mom's nurse, Marcia, was also so great with her. We enjoyed working with Nora and highly recommend her! Trying to care for a parent in hospice when you live out of state is challenging, but Nora gave us updates at least weekly and is proactive and collaborative on adjusting care plans as needed. We will miss working with her.
Incredible people. Kindness, knowledge, efficiency, caring and friendliness. I made it through a very difficult time thanks to their CNA's,. Nurses, and Social Workers. All my questions answered, tasked done and all while being so compassionate. Remarkable people doing a remarkable job.
CHANGE THE LIES WRITTEN by SHELLY SACHS, social worker, in my mom's medical records. Suncrest Hospice has refused to provide closure and bereavement support, and they have defamed my character. They ignored my mother's request during her illness, and when she expressed that I should be listened to--"Deb is my voice"--they disregarded it. They portrayed me as a drunkard, even though I had not consumed alcohol in over 20 years. I never mentioned bipolar or medication. I was not "banned" from The Landing.
