Neglect. They didn’t do a skin check on my mom’s first assessment visit. She had a pressure ulcer stage 3. I gave them constructive feedback and they dropped my mom. Retaliation. Unethical and immoral.
Some home health nurses are rude. Their physical therapy Wes is rude and does not want to help anyone. I don't recommend them at all.
Absolutely horrible… 2.5 weeks after surgery and endless phone calls and nothing…
Staff has been good and kept me well informed during this difficult time. Gabriela was especially kind and caring while bathing my loved one. She is fast efficient and tender towards the patient!
Mekenna has been great. Great attitude and super kind with my 98 year old father. She gets him up and in the shower. Somehow she gets energy out of him. Super happy with her help.
