Both my mother and father were on hospice with them at the same time. They passed four days apart. My sister and me are both in our seventies and are small people. Both our folks were in end stage at the same time. Neither of us received any training (other than the morphine administration) on managing their needs in the hospital beds (diapers, bed pads, turning them, moving them, etc.). I don't write reviews often. It takes a lot for me to do so. After several preliminary calls with Suncrest about how best to approach our family member who was very hesitant about getting home health care in the first place we were excited to finally get our family member to agree to meet with them. The nurse was 45 minutes late for her first visit and immediately said our family member wouldn't qualify for hospice care.
