We rented an apartment for 14 months from this company.This companies rental properties are beautiful.However, the management needs some serious work. They never returned phone calls and were short when I was able to get a hold of them. They also withheld a large chunk of our deposit for a cleaning fee, even though we had our apartment professionally cleaned.
We have changed the entire management of our rentals, I acknowledge, back in 06, that the rentals were not run as smooth as they should have been. But now one of the owners is in charge, and we quickly respond to all to repair issues, and we have an organized move-in and out system.Your rental experience with us today would be very different.
