Our hospice nurse, Willam Hanna and Belen, our nurses aide were amazing with our mother. They were both supportive every step of the way. William checked In with us daily, and listened to all of our concerns and questions and guided us through the process without hesitation. My experience with Suncrest was incredible. It's not easy working in the hospice field, they're often overlooked in the grand scheme of the ordeal. They provide reassuring status updates, and they're there when needed most. I worked with Marjorie, and she goes above and beyond with everything she does. We picked Suncrest for our parent's hospice service because Rowena was so knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. She went right to work for us after a long detailed phone call. Whenever we feel unsure about things, she offered her helping hand. Even my parent's roommate at the nursing facility said Suncrest is much better than the service she has. Our nurse, An H has been incredible to us. The best bedside demeaner with my Mother, teaches us all the skills in keeping Mom comfortable and always responsive and available to us. She's become part of our family. Suncrest has supplied us with all the support materials in quick response and good quantity. We've had several urgent nursing calls and their support has been spot on. Even through a difficult family time Suncrest has been a valuable asset to support our family. My sincere and high recommendations to them.
