Being a massive stroke survivor I have had lots of help and therapy over the past 7 years! Suncrest has ALWAYS gone above and beyond and their care for me has been truly amazing especially their therapists! All are very knowledgeable and supportive, always keeping an eye on everything to make sure I’m staying healthy and on the path to success. They are ALL absolutely wonderful!Thank you to each and every single one of you for making life just a little better and easier it makes such a huge difference!
I just recently started to need Home Health again for my legs. They are VERY PROFESSIONAL!!…I have no complaints with my nurses who come to my home. I had to have surgery this past Monday on the 16th of June so I will be needing them for alittle while while I heal from this. I do Recommend Suncrest Home Health to Anyone who needs them. Most Insurance plans cover it too. They are on call 24hrs a day if you need them. Ty Suncrest for everything. God Bless 🙏

***0 star review*** My son’s nurse was fired for a HIPPA violation. Supposedly, she disclosed information about my child to her other job. Ms SARAH blatantly lied to me about the reason our nurse would not be returning and intentionally withheld information about a HIPPA violation that affected my child. Upon doing my own investigation of the matter, I found that Ms SARAH was indeed the one who committed a HIPPA violation. ****This review will remain posted until I get a call back from the corporate office. They don't show up. It's not that they are late or anything. It's just that they don't show up at all. They don't even bother to call you to let you know they won't be there. If you call them they will tell you that you are on their schedule and the physical therapist will call you that evening. They never call you and they never show up. I have called multiple times and was told the same thing "I'm on the schedule and the therapist will call me that evening" it never happens. No one ever calls.
