Had to drive all the way from Tuan, to Hervey bay to discover they were closed for lunch. On you page it says closed at 4pm. Not happy

Excellent service, with very friendly, helpful staff.
Rude staff with attitude problems! They've made lots of mistakes which costs me money at the end. They're terrible in filling out forms, you better double check as you'll carry the costs for their inabilities. Terrible staff!!! I've complained about their bad attitude to the complaint department. Autcome of the investigation: I was rude, used bad language and filmed the staff. NONE WAS TRUE. THEY LIE, THEY LIE, THEY LIE I'm leaving this bank, immediately!!!
