Excellent service, with very friendly, helpful staff.
Rude staff with attitude problems! They've made lots of mistakes which costs me money at the end. They're terrible in filling out forms, you better double check as you'll carry the costs for their inabilities. Terrible staff!!! I've complained about their bad attitude to the complaint department. Autcome of the investigation: I was rude, used bad language and filmed the staff. NONE WAS TRUE. THEY LIE, THEY LIE, THEY LIE I'm leaving this bank, immediately!!!
Very few staff now used to be really customer focused and will only answer questions that can't be found on line. Very slow ar retuning money back into your account that has been hacked out of your accounts. Used to be done immediately in store but now you have to go I line at home. Not user friendly like it was
