We lasted just 8 months with Suncook Dental. Both dentists were great, it was front office errors & the office mgr. that resulted in our leaving for another practice. 3 errors: billing, uploading a wrong insurance card, prescribing a pre-med that I am allergic to (despite making this abundantly clear & ensuring they put a note in my file) were aggravations for us to clear up each time. My husband and I were patients for a few years when we both starting feeling as though something was not right and they are just looking for an influx of money. I was recently told that I needed some work done and went for a second opinion and was told that I did not require the work. They rush you in and out and don't take the time to give you any customer service at all. We would not recommend this dental practice to anyone who wants an ethical, reliable, honest, trusting relationship with their dental practice.
