We lasted just 8 months with Suncook Dental. Both dentists were great, it was front office errors & the office mgr. that resulted in our leaving for another practice. 3 errors: billing, uploading a wrong insurance card, prescribing a pre-med that I am allergic to (despite making this abundantly clear & ensuring they put a note in my file) were aggravations for us to clear up each time.
