There is no service after the sale. I cannot even buy the actuators I need from either Suncoast or Fleetwood. Make sure you understand the warrantee.
I am very pleased with work done by team of John F. They replace three large,impact,sliding doors facing beach (on 3 levels) not causing any damage transporting them up the stairs,work was done on time,clean and also what was very important, their bid was much cheaper than other bidders. I recommend them without reservation. Work was done at Redington Shores,FL. Thanks Dr.M.S.
Had 15 impact windows and sliding doors installed by Suncoast on 2/1/2019. From quote to window delivery and Installation all went smooth and ahead of schedule. Great company and the owner John is man of the word. Give them a chance with your project they exceeded my expenctions! Many thanks John!
They installed all new windows in my home. LOTS of windows. Really liked the entire team from the salesman to the owner and the installers. Did a great job. Would definitely recommend them.

John F. and his team at Suncoast Windows and Siding replaced siding on 4 of our condo buildings and did an excellent job in less time than anticipated. His crew chief Troy and 4 or 5 others were there daily for 2 weeks to complete the job. They quickly responded to any concerns that we had from our residents and cleaned up after the project was completed. Everyone involved was very courteous and professional. We highly recommend this company for your siding needs.
I bought a very, very ugly concrete block house in a great neighborhood. Bottomline, I bought it at a great price and knew that I needed to do some major renovations, inside and out. This poor house (including its gutters, soffits and fascia!) had been painted a "poo" brown and had been similarly named the Poo House by the neighbors. Oh brother. Aaron B. was so sweet and walk me through all what I needed to be done to my home and explained my contract and the whole process to me. When the company started the work the men assigned to my home were wonderful! They cleaned up and were respectful and so nice. I missed having them around. The home was done in no time.
