Bob Big was an outstanding service provider. Bob was very knowledgeable about the park model he sold to us. He also knew everything about Outdoor Resorts of America. This made the delivery of our park model smooth and efficient. He even expidated the delivery due to the fact he knew we were coming with friends in Minnesota.
