I came into "Acid Reflux Center" two months ago. I paid 90.00 for my first appointment "out of pocket" because they did not accept my insurance. After that their coordinator was supposed to get me a appointment for screening at a specialist. No call ever. Even after I called back twice. I'm suffering with GERD and this is the second place in Brandon to not treat me. Stay away. Obviously all they care about is money.
Suncoast Surgical Associates is threatening to balance bill me for a claim my insurnace company processed as in-network.
