I wasn't informed they needed payment up front. I didn't have the funds. They highly encouraged I use CareCredit. CareCredit is a predatory credit card that if you can't get the balance paid in 6 months, they will slam you with a 39% interest rate and charge you the full interest from day one. The surgery center pressured me into this. If you have a doctor performing surgery, and he performs it elsewhere. I would ask to be sent there instead. The whole staff were great!!!!!
Would like to thank all the staff at the New Port Richey office for the great care I received while getting my cataract surgery.
The only thing that I was very upset was being to far to go on the worst road in the country. Couldn't rely on being on time . Staff is fantastic getting in and out . Hard to get a ride at 80 and expensive for most these days. Needed to be closer to home.
