Would like to thank all the staff at the New Port Richey office for the great care I received while getting my cataract surgery.
The only thing that I was very upset was being to far to go on the worst road in the country. Couldn't rely on being on time . Staff is fantastic getting in and out . Hard to get a ride at 80 and expensive for most these days. Needed to be closer to home.
My husband went there for cataract surgery. Got a call saying they were running early could we come in now. Had a 115 appointment. Got called back at 203. After his procedure a nurse told me he'd be out in about 15 minutes. I waited half an hour. OK, stuff happens. But when we went for the second eye, the waiting room was packed like sardines. The front desk and initial nursing staff provided excellent service. However, subsequent interactions left me feeling as though I was in a chaotic environment, with patients being processed impersonally. I did not have the opportunity to meet the surgeon Dr. Bottaro who performed my eye procedure, nor was I provided with post-operative instructions or expectations. While the individual who escorted me to my vehicle was very kind, the overall experience at the surgery center was not satisfactory.
Hands-down, one of the best experiences during surgery. The nurses are incredibly friendly and skilled at their jobs. I recently had a procedure with Dr. Wolff on my neck here and I am so pleased with how everything went.
