I have used Dr Jerry Hedrick for years. I have 100% confidence in this doctor. The staff always gets me in as quickly as possible and are very professional as well as he is! I would never think I'm going anywhere else.
**UPDATE** Unfortunately, I find the need to update my previous 5-star review. While the medical care itself was satisfactory, the billing process needs improvement to ensure accurate and efficient handling of patient accounts. During the checkout process, I verified that I was paying everything IN FULL. Then, a couple weeks later, I receive a call stating that they underbilled me for the office visit AND that there was a balance due on my procedure. How are either one of those errors my problem? I waited about an hour to be seen. Once called back to the exam room everyone was friendly and the procedure went quickly
