I requested a skin cancer screening here, which I received, then they coded it in various ways, except as a skin cancer screening. They required me to pay $100 in advance, the insurance still resolved the claim to less than that, and after 6 weeks they had not returned the difference to me. When I called they stated that instead of reimbursing differences right away they supposedly audit accounts every few months or so for "overpayments".
