I don’t recommend this service department if you’d like a professional job. I had to do most of the facilitation with my warranty company which wasted several days and several hundred of incurred rental expenses due to their negligence. I received the vehicle and the oil is still leaking, with the old oil splatter never cleaned up under the vehicle. Give 5 stars but only if you go with Tami. She is extremely understanding and keeps you updated. She’s known around the shop for being detailed and taking care of customers. Was told she’s been there for 24 years. If you go with her, you’re in good hands.
Every time I tried to call in to get ion touch with Technical Support person customer service Christie and the services part department the are very rude and nasty. Very disrespectful customer service
Everything started good until I gave a deposit of $1000 for a vehicle I was trying to acquire. I did not even test drive the vehicle ask for my deposit and clearly said no to me even though the deal was impossible to get done. I don’t think this is fair by such a dealership like this. This is not a buy here pay here dealership. They have plenty of more money than I do. I am a hard working person with the need of those $1000.
Had an appointment to replace a relay that we ordered 1 month ago for a dodge recall on a brand new 2023 ram 5500 appointment was for 1130 got there at 1045 was told it would be 4 hours to install do not recommend their service center
