Update : since moving from this dump of an rv park on aug 29,2026 I just got my security deposit of $750 today 10/10/2026. Not from lack of updating my address MANY TIMES over this time frame ,I spoke to Jack repeatedly, I sent messages to corporate ( they NEVER RESPOND TO ) I've called corporate and left several vm to hear crickets. I lived at this RV park for 1 year and 3 months , we moved out Aug 29,2026 due to the fact the manager left and the lady filling in didn't know what she was doing so when we went into renew our lease they increase our lot rent $100 with no notice. They still have not returned our deposit and it's now Sept 22 ,2026. I have called the current manager Jack a few times and still haven't received my deposit.
