Wow! I went to visit a friend that recently moved in and I am thouroly impressed. Yes it's Pasco so a little ride from Clearwater and Tampa but I think it's worth the commute. Brand new everything - pool, showers, laundry, bathrooms, fire pit area, grills and 2 community rooms. It looks like there isn't any problem RVers and right on US 19, close to plenty of stores and restaurants. I have a feeling that I will be there before 2026.
I’ve had a wonderful experience residing here. This place is well kept, safe, and has a welcoming atmosphere. What makes this place special is Ms. Kathy. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for. Her kindness, professionalism and genuine concern for residents really stands out. I’m grateful I really found a place that feels like home and Kathy is such a big part of why it’s such a positive experience.
Following the completion of construction, the park has undergone a significant transformation. The new clubhouse is exceptionally clean and features a contemporary design. There are several new items available. Restrooms, showers, and a new laundry room are available for use. There is seating available at the rear of the clubhouse for those who wish to sit and converse. The pool area has new pavers, tables, and chairs. The park is nice and quiet. Kathy runs the place very well. Showers are clean and new and so is the laundry room.
