Eric Mims installation administrator, is a true professional with compassion, and true asset to Sun Coast Roofing. Eric was assigned to resolve a Lowe's roof replacement gone very bad involving another contractor. He arrived at my home apologized for something he nor his company had anything to do with, but assured me he and Suncoast would correct it to my satisfaction as soon as possible and they did exactly that.
