We usually rent through Collins, but we found a cute house through sun coast and tried it. We arrived and the washing machine was not working, it took three days and multiple calls to get it fixed. When we called, we were told someone would be sent out. When we called again, they said someone already came out, which they had not! They sent someone to pump the septic… this should be done when the house is vacant! We had to take laundry across the bridge and spend vacation time at the laundry mat. Management company is responsive and pleaent to work with. They have a check in protocol that is a little antiquated. The property is beautiful steps to sand and ocean. The screen porch off of the master was lovely. This is a no frills Beach House with great views. . House was clean but there was one bedroom inundated with ants. The bedding and linens are definitely in need of an update. Home had many maintenance issues that we should not of had to spend our vacation dealing with, but they were quick to respond.
