Management company is responsive and pleaent to work with. They have a check in protocol that is a little antiquated. The property is beautiful steps to sand and ocean. The screen porch off of the master was lovely. This is a no frills Beach House with great views. . House was clean but there was one bedroom inundated with ants. The bedding and linens are definitely in need of an update. Home had many maintenance issues that we should not of had to spend our vacation dealing with, but they were quick to respond. Great experience renting with Suncoast. Our beach house was very well maintained, clean, and had great reviews. Check-in was easy and streamlined. We had an issue with the HVAC not cooling and called the after hours number who sent an HVAC technician out right away to fix the issue. I’d definitely rent from this company again.
Great beach getaway with a few quirks We had a great time staying at the Pelican Roost! The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the beach, which made it super easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. The view from the house is absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. The house is spacious and had plenty of room for our group. We really appreciated the variety of games available to keep the kids entertained, and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cooking supplies, which made meal prep a breeze. ... read more
