Hello All, Steve here, owner of Suncoast Realty and Rental Management, LLC. Regarding Angelique's review, she has never lived in the property. Fact is, the owner hired us to rent a property that needed repairs. When the owner wanted to rent to Angelique at a lower rate and to do the repairs herself, Lynn, my associate advised against it.
