Bad experience with property management and realtor services as well. Took 5 months to evict a tenant even with “legal help”. Repeated late payments from tenants and zero inspections which resulted in higher maintenance costs. In real estate services, after you sign the exclusive realtor and buyer agreement you are left alone after showing you 3 properties. Drew and his team have many years of experience in managing property, and it is proven through my first 2-unit property with him. Quick response, extensive knowledge on how to maintain, operate and the legal aspect of the trade, Drew and his team make me feel confident in his decision since this is also my first out of state rental property.
