Let me first start off saying that I will never rent from these ppl. Suncoast property management was a very horrible experience. Drew was very nasty in his disposition. Came off very rude when having a conversation. I applied for a property and everything check out good paid the application fee of 65.00 dollars which has not been returned. Bad experience with property management and realtor services as well. Took 5 months to evict a tenant even with “legal help”. Repeated late payments from tenants and zero inspections which resulted in higher maintenance costs. In real estate services, after you sign the exclusive realtor and buyer agreement you are left alone after showing you 3 properties. Ended up doing a bad decision due to lack input and advice from Drew. Felt he just was there to collect the check from the sales. They lost all future business from me fr... read more

Drew and his team have many years of experience in managing property, and it is proven through my first 2-unit property with him. Quick response, extensive knowledge on how to maintain, operate and the legal aspect of the trade, Drew and his team make me feel confident in his decision since this is also my first out of state rental property.
