I can honestly say that this is the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their lack of responsiveness is astonishing—I've sent multiple emails over an extended period of time, and not once did I receive a reply. On one occasion, I was charged for a complete fence replacement, only to discover later that they had replaced just four boards. WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. THEY ARE NEVER THERE, DONT ANSWER PHONE CALL, HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY WANT YOU TO PAY IN FULL, MOVE THE ELECTRIC INTO YOUR NAME BUT CAN'T MOVE IN FOR 2 WEEKS. PEOPLE STAY AWAY
****HOME OWNER STAY AWAY!!**** Terrible Property Management company! Would not use them again and don’t recommend to anyone. They deserve a -1 star review if that was an option. Upper management is horrible too, emailed director multiple times with no response at all. Had them manage 2 properties in GA for 3 yrs. First year was okay. After that it all went down hill. I'm trying to see if Suncoast Properties is fraud?? I'm in Atlanta Ga. On a listing they have a name that says Peggy Funk, when you call and ask for her, they say they don't have anybody by that name then hang up. I have emailed several times and still no response.
