I am so grateful for this place in so many ways .... The staff always has a smile , and ive never had a longer wait then 5 minutes...which is unheard of now a days........ Most recent visit : I stepped on a screw that was sticking out of an old board the wind knocked over , went through my sandel and into the bone of my foot ! OUCH 😳 I called them and they told me come ASAP! Terrible terrible customer service! Turned in New Patient paperwork over 5 weeks ago. I call the local 352 number during day listed on their business card. Goes to a call center in Philippines, then ask to transfer to local Homosassa office and person there says to call ms Liz in Inverness office. Leave messages day after day and no call backs. Terrible customer service. Stay away as far as possible.
