Amazing staff and wonderful Dr.
Dr Kholli is a great doctor. She was welcoming, pleasant and knows exactly what she is doing. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating. I got through very quickly and everything went smooth.
Dr. Kolli provides good care, but my wife and I have each been double billed on multiple occasions over the past couple of years. My most recent bill was from from over two years ago. Checking my bank statement, I payed the exact amount on the date service was rendered... over two years ago. I was told this latest SNAFU was due to a billing backlog because of COVID-19, but if so, that still doesn't explain why the same thing has happened repeatedly before the pandemic. Don’t even waste your time with this office. They overbook patients and forget to put you on the schedule, then try to squeeze you in for their mistake. I sat in their office from 11:30am to 12:45pm getting the same answer “we are waiting for a room to open up” but yet they kept taking other patients back. I got up and left. I’m so over office staff not doing their job. It’s not rocket science.
Dr Kolli has been my Dr for 16 years and I could not ask for better care. The convenience of a same day appt and after hours care is just another plus The staff is very friendly and helpful. If your looking for good healthcare please consider Dr Kolli
