The problem I have with this facility is they will not answer their phones, even to make or change appts. The doctor is ok, but they either need more staff or the present staff is not doing their job.

You deserve no star. The staff is horrible, they don't want to refill my prescription (ceterizine and flucticasone) just for allergies, unless I see a doctor, when in the mean time, I can buy the medications online for the same price as the pharmacy or even cheaper.
