I absolutely love living here. Management are so friendly! The apartments have a very homey feel as if you were in a house instead of an apartment with granite countertops and 9 foot ceilings and gorgeous crown molding! They are so luxurious and so big with gorgeous amenities including beautiful clubhouse, pool, volleyball net, swings, basketball goal, spacious gym and more!
I usually do not leave negative reviews as I tend to look for positive aspects of all companies and my relationship with them. Not only is this negative review merited, it is necessary for potential renters. As a 12 year veteran of the US Army and current airline pilot, I have had the opportunity to live across the country, renting numerous homes and apartments along the way. My experience with the Colony at Dadeland has by far been the worst experience I have ever dealt with. The management is abrasive and uses scare tactic... read more
