When Suncoast first came out they were there for about an hour and sprayed for ants and Palmetto bugs. It was good for about 6 months. I had ants and called them back when the house was empty. I had my property manager there to let them in to respray. The man sat in his truck for about 40 minutes then came into the house. He was there for 5 minutes and sprayed for the ant/Palmetto problem. Treatment for termites without tenting and all the headaches of having to empty the refrigerator and all the other food. Doug was our service technician and he was the best. What a terrific experience all round.
