Horrible company! Loretta the office manager is rude and not willing to resolve issues! Spent $325 and pests were not eliminated! They said they have a money back guarantee but they will not refund my money. They refuse to let me speak to the owner. Had to call another company in and pay all over again To get rid of the ants.
