Brian was quick to respond for initial service call to diagnose a/c issue over a week ago. Never heard from him again for a promised repair quote!
I’m really disappointed in Brian, first introduction I should have known better. He don’t answer the phone but I did get a call back. I scheduled a time slot for him to give us a quote on fixing our RV since hurricane Milton hit it hard. My family and I live out of it and it was totaled. We were working with FEMA and they wanted a quote to award us money to have Brian fix it. I would not recommend Bryan at all . He showed up late, charged $120.00 said I needed a control panel for my refrigerator said he would come back and install the new part I got . Then texted me the totaly wrong part , said if I got the right part he would install it. He never answered back , would not answer calls or text? He just took the money and RUN . If you are in Punta Gorda Fl and need a mobile RV tech call Brian at Suncoastmobile RV. He is knowledgeable, dedicated, cost effective and trustworthy. During a rainstorm I accidentally backed my RV into the side of my storage unit. I needed to have awning removed ASAP to prevent additional damage to the RV. Had problems with my slide and holding tank gage. They came within 24 hours and solved all my problems. Explained what happened and why. Operator error. Now we know. Thank you guys. Rates were very reasonable. Highly recommend.
