I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. I had shoulder replaced 5 days ago and was sent home with my arm in a sling from the hospital. I was having a great deal of difficulty sleeping because the arm kept escaping the sling during the night and the pain kept waking me.
