Estoy muy molesta con lo que me hicieron. Mis 3 hijos se atienden con la doctora Carmen Alfaro (Dover) hace mucho tiempo. De hecho recomendé a mis hermanas con mis 4 sobrinos por ella y hoy aparte de que la que tenían al frente fué desagradable en su trato me hizo esperar 2 horas en la mañana para decirme que no me Atenderían hasta la tarde y que la doctora Alfaro ya no trabajaba allí. waiting on referral for two months, talking with "referral specialist" Ana and begging gor help because my daughter needs the surgery and had to cancel the surgery appointment in November. Reschedule for January and still no referral. if I need to reschedule again, we are looking gor March, that is insane. Love the doctors there specialty Dr. Rivera but our experience been horrible fighting for a service that is needed so bad. Please pay attention to this matter
