Decent instruction but not much new material each class. Just spent \$\$\$\$ like it was water with no end in sight. Went to try MMA on Clark Road but that was good but went out of business then found Marchand Complete Defense. Took the entire class of 10 2 hour classes and loved it. All done now and feel as if I just need to practice what he taught me. Super GREAT instruction! Recommended for adults, not sure if the moves he shows are for small ones as it is a life and death fight you are training for in a street attack but... read more

Very much like a traditional family, is Suncoast Karate Dojo. All walks of life are welcome with open arms and understanding. A physical and applicable experience I love to have 2 nights a week. A must have for women of todays world.
