Horrible. Dr Kudelko is (was) my PCP. I have only met her once at my new patient appointment. It’s impossible to see her when you are sick. You can’t talk to anyone. You can only leave a message and then when they finally call you back 2 hours later, they are booked. I end up going to urgent care, which costs much more. Today I called 4 times and they finally called me back after I had to call the front office. I've been going to Dr Kudelko for years. She's terrific.
The entire staff is great. Very short waiting time. Doctor actually listens to you and respects your opinions. They ask how your meds are working and how you think they could improve. Glad I found them!
