I have been a client at SC integral for a couple of years now. Dr Cash is great, and I regularly recommend his services to anyone who asks. However, A few dealings with the receptionist has left me concerned by the lack of warmth and understanding from someone who works in a health care setting. Particularly one which deals with people at their most vulnerable. Its really sad.
Glad I saw this page come up as I’ve already reviewed Todd cash, avoid this place like the plague. The receptionist is very unstable and snappy, could definitely use some medication herself haha
Please stay away from this practice for your own mental health. The reception lady stating she is a psychologist is definitely not someone you want to be representing your practice especially for a psychiatrist and psychology office . Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful behaviour from a lady who has no idea of how to communicate with people especially people who are calling the clinic for desperate help in saving them selfs from suicide . If I could give no stars I would stay away from this place if you have any mental health problems because they treat you like your nothing the receptonist answers the phone with yep I didn't even know who I was talking to treating people like that could lead to suicide when in breakdown like I am I'm agoraphobic and can't make phonecalls without panic attacks I was looking for help I can't believe there the ones that are supposed to help I'll be taking this further
Rang up and got some woman no name no nothing given and just said yep that's it just yep in the middle of a breakdown do not recommend at all horrible horrible service by no name NOW I RANG BACK TO TELL THEM THAT ANSWERING THE PHONE LIKE THAT could cause a suicide but she hung straight up on me I've never felt worse in my life
